Is this real ice cream? Can I eat it?

No and no. Our slime LOOKS just like ice cream, like really, just like it. And it smells de.li.cious! But it is still slime. So please dont eat it. And also keep an eye on the little ones to make sure they dont put it in their mouth.

Does this slime really doesn't stick to everything?

Yup! Test it! You can take our slime and touch your hair, clothes or furniture with it and it will not stick. We love it! Now, just because our slime does not stick to things on contact, it doesn't mean it will not stick to anything, ever. It will, if you leave it for a while over a surface. So for example if you leave it on a table for hours or days, it will eventually stick to it. If you expose it to warm weather and it melts, it will get sticky. So just be careful and dont leave it unattended.

I am a parent and I hate slime, how is this one different?

Our favorite question! We hate the regular store-bought slime as well! The Slimerie was created by a mom, for kids, but really for other moms too, so that they could finally have a way to let their kids play with slime without going crazy with the mess. Our recipe took us years to master, and we confidently say that our slime is the most mess-free of all. It will not stick to surfaces on contact as long as it is well activated, and will last for months. So give us a try!

Can I travel with your slime on a plane?

Yes! It is actually a great travel activity for kids/teens for those long flight hours. You can take it with you through airport security without a problem!

What's in the package when I order it?

Glad you asked! All packages include the slime you ordered and our super cool activator spray. The also include some basic instructions on how to take care of your slime so it lasts you for a long time. You can read them below too as part of these questions!

What's the activator for?

At The Slimerie we dont like sticky slime. We just dont. And unfortunately a natural process of slime is to become a bit sticky over time. Our secret recipe delays this process a lot, but if you play a lot with your slime, or expose it to warm temperatures, it is normal for slime to get sticky eventually. So we include in all our orders a super cool spray bottle full of activator, so that you can fix your slime if it gets sticky.

Oh no! I lost my activator! Am I in trouble?

Nop! No worries. Just get some Borax from your local supermarket, and mix 1 teaspoon of it in 1 cup of warm water. Let it all dissolve and now you have a lot of activator. Store it in a container and you are good to go. It will last you a long time because you only need a little bit when your slime gets sticky.

My slime got sticky, now what?

That's fine! Just spray some of the activator on it and knead. Continue applying until the slime is no longer sticky. Be careful to not add too much activator or your slime will over-activate and become hard.

I can't wait! How long do you take to ship my order?

We live for fast shipping! We know the last thing you want is to wait for weeks to get your slime. That said, our slime is made in our warehouse in Miami and shipped as soon as it is available. We are usually pretty good at shipping our orders within 48 hours, but it could take up to 5-7 days depending on our order volume. So keep an eye on your email as that is how we notify you that your order is on its way to you!

Oops, can I cancel my order?

Sure! If you changed your mind and we have not shipped your order, please call us at 305-209-3646 and we will cancel it. However, once your order has shipped we cannot cancel it.

If I changed my mind, can I return my order?

We like guaranteeing our customers that every slime we ship is 100% new and unopened. So unfortunately, due to the nature of the product and for the safety of our customers, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Your slime is sooo soft and fluffy! What's in it?

We know! And we have worked so hard to get to the perfect consistency and texture! Our slimes are made with school glue, Borax, artificial snow, air clay, shaving cream, hand soap, glycerine, food coloring, pigment coloring, air clay, hand lotion and water. They are all household products that should not be harmful to the touch. That said, please be mindful in case anyone getting in contact with our slime has an allergy to any of the ingredients listed.

I have a store and want to sell your slime, is that possible?

Of course! Our slime is available at multiple local stores nationwide. If you'd like to place a wholesale order, please email us at hello@theslimerie.com and we will send you all the information! Please make sure to include: Store name, Store address, Store website/social media and your contact information. Wholesale MOQ's start at 50 units.

How long does your slime lasts?

Good question! As long as you keep your slime stored in a sealed container when you are not playing with it, and you spray the activator on it once in a while if it starts getting sticky, your slime should last you for at least 3-6 months! We test our slime constantly and have batches sitting for over 1 year and they are still in great condition. Washing your hands before playing with it and making sure you dont roll it against dirt will also help keeping in great shape!

What are some slime No-Nos I should keep in mind?

So smart of you to ask! Here are some things we highly recommend NOT doing with your slime:

  • Already said it but worth mentioning it again: DO NOT EAT SLIME.
  • Do not leave slime unattended with small kids/toddlers/babies and pets, to make sure they dont put it in their mouth or leave it out to dry/melt.
  • Do not leave slime in warm conditions, like in the car, or outside on the patio. The heat will make the slime melt and it will get sticky.
  • Do not leave slime outside of its packaging when not playing with it. After a few hours it will start drying out and eventually get hard as a rock. Just keep it in any sealed container and you are good!
  • Do not play with slime around really small particles like sand, dirt or mud. It will be hard to remove them completely from slime.
  • Do not apply too much activator to slime or it will over-activate and get hard.

If I have other questions, who can I contact?
