Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We currently offer shipping to the United States (except Puerto Rico). International shipping will be available soon!

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@theslimerie.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

If your order appears marked as delivered, but it has not arrived at the address provided, we suggest checking with your neighbors. Shipping carriers can often accidently scan packages early as well which will show up 1-2 days later. If it is not located, you may file a claim directly with the selected shipping carrier selected during check-out. Unfortunately we do not grant refunds for packages marked as "delivered".
