Refund policy

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not issue refunds or cancellations after 24 hours of the date/time an order has been placed.

Customers under 18 must have full permission to use the payment source of the cardholder and refunds will not be issued to those who have not followed our terms of service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returned to sender 
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address please reach out to us and we will issue you store credit for the order total. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@theslimerie.com.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
